Just like it was rumored to happen, Lil Wayne pleaded guilty to attempted weapons possession in a Manhattan courthouse just moments ago. These charges are from an ‘07 bust where he was caught with a gun in his bag after his tour bus was pulled over in NY.
The guilty charge carries up to 1 year in jail for the consequences. Rumor has it Weezy has a plea deal that will only give him 8 months in jail in exchange for his guilty plea. We’ll find out in February when his sentencing occurs. He’s currently out on bail.
